Frequently Asked Questions

This is the primary Members Portal for everything Delta Upsilon in Houston. Please ensure to Register for Membership and pay your dues if you haven't. This will allow you access to all features this site has to offer. Events are viewable by the public, but certain events may only be registered for by Members.

On this site, you will be able to access newsletters, documents, events, pay dues, look up brothers' contact information to reconnect, donate, and more. For more information, assistance, contact information, privacy policy, and legal information, please visit our main site.

Accounts & Login

How do I create my account?

If you received an invite email, click the link to set your password. If you don’t have an invite, click the "Register" link above. If that fails, contact us.

I forgot my password—now what?

Click Log in (the blue person at the top right) → Forgot password. You’ll get a reset link at your registered email. Check spam/junk. Reset links expire—use it promptly.

Can I change my login email?

Yes. Update the email field in your profile (see below). That becomes your login email.

Profiles & Directory

How do I edit my profile?

Log in → click your name/profile icon → View profile → Edit profile. Update contact info, employment, contact info, etc., then Save.

How do privacy settings work?

From View profile → Privacy, choose which fields are visible to (1) administrators only, (2) members, or (3) public (if directory is public). Save when done.

Can I hide from the member directory?

Yes. In Privacy, uncheck “Show profile to others” or set all fields to admin-only. Note: Admins can still view your info for official use.

How do I upload/update my profile photo?

In View profile → click the photo placeholder → upload a square image (recommended 400×400+). Save.

Membership, Dues & Payments

How do I join or renew?

Use the Register page or your Profile → Renew. Choose a level, confirm details, and pay online.

What payment methods are accepted?

Online credit/debit. If you need an offline option, contact us.

Can I set up auto-renewal?

You’ll see an auto-renew checkbox during checkout or in your Profile → Finances. You can cancel auto-renew at any time.

Where can I find receipts/invoices?

Go to Profile → Finances to view/download invoices and payment history.

Events & Registration

How do I register for events?

Open the Events page → select an event → Register. If a member-only rate is offered, log in first to see it.

Can I register guests?

If allowed, you’ll see a Guest section during registration. Enter guest names and complete payment at checkout.

How do I cancel or change my registration?

Open the event confirmation email or go to Profile → My event registrations. If the option you're seeking isn't there, please contact us.

Emails & Notifications

I’m not getting emails. What should I do?

Check spam/junk and add admin@portal.duhouston.org to contacts. In fact, add a top-level domain rule for any email from duhouston.org. Confirm your email in Profile. If still missing, contact us.

WildApricot Members App (Mobile)

What is the WildApricot Members app?

A free mobile app for members to manage their profile, view the member directory, access a digital membership card, browse/register for events, and see balances/renewals.

How do I get the app?

iOS: App Store → search “WildApricot for Members”.
Android: Google Play → search “WildApricot for Members”.

Install, then log in with the same email/password you use on our website.

What can I do in the app?

Update profile and privacy settings
View member directory (according to your privacy choices)
Access your digital member card (if enabled)
See events, register, and add to your phone calendar
View membership status and renewals

App login issues?

Use “Forgot password” in the app or on the website. Ensure you’re using the email on file and have an active membership (if required for app access). If problems persist, email [support@email].

Why do I see a lock 🔒 on some pages?

Locked pages are members-only. Log in to access; if you believe you should have access, contact us.

How do I control what other members can see?

Adjust your Privacy settings in your profile. You can choose visibility by field (admin-only, members, or public if enabled).
